Our process consists of 4 steps.
Step 1. Analyse
We get a clear understanding of how your team works together. We identify where the bottlenecks are that hinder further growth. We examine what processes are not as efficient as they can be.
We do this by talking with all people who work in or with the tech team.
Step 2. Design
Based on the findings in Step 1. Analyse, we design an organizational structure that can grow with the company. We define processes, roles and responsibilities. We assign roles to people, and we identify gaps in the capabilities of your team.
The result is a clear definition of the desired situation.
Step 3. Implement
Having a desired situation is one thing. Creating a plan on how to get from the current situation to that situation is another. You can’t tell the team on Friday “this is how we will work together starting next Monday.”
We create a plan and we help you to execute it. We steer the team in the right direction.
As we all know, no plan has ever survived the first contact with reality. This is why we help you to adapt the plan and to implement the adaptations.
Step 4. Monitor
As the new structure settles, our involvement diminishes. However, new situations and challenges will always arise. We keep in touch with you to monitor the working of the team, and we give advice (and maybe step in) to make adaptations where necessary.
