CTO Readiness Levels
The role of CTO evolves and differs in various stages of a company's growth. As a consequence, a CTO has to continuously learn new skills. It’s not always obvious which skills these are. To enable CTOs to know what skills they need to develop in a certain growth phase, we defined the CTO Readiness Levels.
