In the whitepaper “Tech team growth phases” I describe the various phases in growth a tech team (and its CTO) goes through.

As I’m writing this whitepaper, I’m realizing that this framework can be used to assess whether a tech team’s organization and structure is healthy for their current growth phase. It can also help you to prepare yourself for the next growth phase.

Now I want to put this to the test. So I’m looking for guinea pigs!
